The Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) has released the 2016 AAFP Guidelines for the Management of Feline Hyperthyroidism. These guidelines provide guidance for veterinarians on early presentation, how to treat, and recommendations to the client. There are also client handouts you can download on the AAFP site.
If you have not visited the AAFP website, take a look at some of their other guidelines they have published. All support staff are welcome to become members of AAFP!
