- Testing For Immune-Mediated Thrombocytopenia
From Kansas State university CVM: Flow cytometry is used to detect Platelet-Surface Associated IGG testing (PSAIgG) in support of the diagnosis of immune mediated thrombocytopenia. This test replaces the platelet factor 3 (PF3) test, which is no longer available.
